Vacation '08 Snippets

Yay for the Calendar

Again, I say: Yay.

Possible Calendar

Here is the first rough draft of the possible and tentative proposals to pencil in for what might happen during our visit to Red Rose Farm this year. Note that two possible dates have been given for the dinner with the priests. Note also the many question marks, indicating that many things are subject to change. The Vigil Mass on Saturday was proposed because the CA Lickonas are not great at getting out the door super fast on Sunday morning. Might make for a lower stress Sunday. Suggestions welcome and encouraged and needed.

Summer 2007

Okay, I'm thinking this might be a good place to communicate about our hopes/dreams for the Summer 2007 vacation. California Lickonas will be in New York Aug 6.-Aug. 17 (Aug 7-16, not including travel days). Here's what I know so far:

We would like to see the Nugents again (y'all saw them in Skaneateles after I left last year). Maybe invite them down, maybe go up to see them. They will be in Skaneatles Aug 7-Aug 10.

Dad has proposed a trip for just the grownups to the Seward House. He has also proposed a trip to Niagara Falls.

Fin is looking forward to another session of the band.
